Project New Name Ministries was founded on the belief that no one is too broken, too lost, or too far from the reach of God’s love. Through our prison and recovery programs, we help men and women find hope, healing, and purpose beyond their past. And through MUGGS, our men’s discipleship arm, we’re raising up godly men to lead their homes, churches, and communities with courage and grace. Every story matters. Every life can be redeemed.

We meet men and women right where they are — behind bars, in recovery programs, and in the middle of rebuilding their lives. Our heart is to bring hope, healing, and practical discipleship through teaching, mentoring, and community support. Whether inside correctional facilities or through re-entry programs, our mission is to remind every person: you are more than your past — you are who God says you are.

MUGGS is dedicated to bridging the gap between young men and adult men, helping them grow into better men for their families, communities, and personal walk with Jesus.
Through outdoor activities, discipleship opportunities, and meaningful fellowship — like gathering around the breakfast table — we create spaces where men can strengthen their faith and support one another in the journey of becoming the men God calls them to be.
